本产品适用于冶金、电力、石油化工等工况企业中交流额定电压(U。/U) 450/750V及以下的电器仪表、配电装置的信号传输、控制和测量系统。
Executive Standard
The product is manufactured based on GB/T standard 9330-2008.
Flame-retardant and fire-resistance cable are manufactured comply with the GB/T standard 1 9666-2005 and 9330-2008.
Application
The product is used for the signal transmission, controlling and measuring system of the electric apparatus and the power distribute apparatus in metallurgical, power and petrochemical industries. The rated voltage (U/U) is up to 450/750V.

塑料绝缘控制电缆由型号、芯数及导体的标称截面表示。同一品种采用规定的不同导体结构时,较软导体用(B)表示,在规
格后标明。举例如下:
1.聚氯乙烯绝缘聚乙烯护套控制电缆,16芯,导体标称截面为2.5mm2 ,
表示为:
较硬导体结构: KVV 16x2.5
较软导体结构: KVV 16x2.5(B)
2.交联聚乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套双钢带铠装阻燃控制电缆,12芯,
导体标称截面为4mm2,表示为:
Z-KYJV22 12x4
使用特性及主要性能
①额定电压( U。/U ) :450/750V。
②电缆导体的最高长期允许工作温度:聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆为: 70C,交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆为: 90°C。
③电缆的最低允许敷设温度:
聚氯乙烯护套及低烟无卤、低烟低卤阻燃聚烯烃护套电缆: 0C(低于最低允许敷设温度时应预先加热)。
④电缆推荐允许弯曲半径:
有铠装或者铜带绕包屏蔽结构的电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍,其余结构电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
⑤电缆的燃烧特性:
阻燃、耐火电缆按GB/T 19666-2005设计。
Indication Examples
The indication of plastic insulated control cable consists of type, number
of cores, nominal cross-sectional area of conductor. When the same type
products are made by difference class of conductors, the more flexible one
is indicated with (B) following the specification.
For examples:
1.PVC insulated, PVC sheathed control cable, 16 cores, nominal .(cross-sectional area is 2.5 mm2, is indicated as:)
KVV 16x2.5 for the harder one, or KVV 16x2.5 (B) for the more flexible one.
2.XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed tow-ply galvanized steel tapes armored control cable, flame retardant, 12 cores, nominal cross-
sectional area is 4mm2, is indicated as:
Z-KYJV22 12x4
Using Features & Main Technical Performances
①Rated voltage (U,/U): 450/750V.
②The maximum long-term operating temperature of conductor:
PVC insulated cable: 70C,
XLPE insulated cable: 90 C.
③The minimum ambient temperature in laying is:
0C for low-smoke or halogen-free, PVC or polyolefin sheathed, flame
retardant cable.(It should be preheated if the ambient temperature in laying
is below the minimum temperature).
④The permitted bending radius of the cable:
No less than 12 times of the overall diameter of the cable for witch has
armor or copper tape wrapped shielded.
No less than 6 times of the overall diameter of the cable for the others.
⑤)Flame characteristics:
Flame-retardant and fire resistance cable are manufactured based on the
GB/T standard 19666-2005.
