阻燃耐火电缆按GB/T 19666-2005、GB/T 12706-2008设计。

用途

本产品适用于35kV及以下电力输配电系统中，供输配电能之用。广

泛应用于电力、建筑、工况、冶金、石油化工、交通等部门。

Executive Standard

The products is manufactured based on GB/T standard 12706-2008.

The flame retardant and fire-resistant cable comply with GB/T standard 19666-2005 and 12706-2008.

Application

The products are used to transmit and distribute electric power in 35kV or below power transmission and distribution system. 

They are generally applied in those fields like power, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical and traffic industries.

使用特性

①导体长期允许的最高工作温度为90℃，短路时(最长持续时间不超过5秒)，电缆导体最高温度不超过250℃。

②导体直流电阻符合GB/T 3956-2008的规定。

③敷设时的环境溫度不低于0℃，低于0℃时先预热。

④三芯无铠装最小弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的15倍，有铠装的应不小于电缆外径的12倍。单芯无铠装最小弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的20倍，有铠装的应不小于电缆外径的15倍。

⑤电缆敷设不受水平落差限制。

⑥工频耐压试验:

U。为3.6kV及以下电缆: 2.5U。+2kV, 5分钟不击穿;

U。为3.6kV~18kV电缆: 3.5U。 5分钟不击穿;

U。为21kV及26kV电缆: 2.5U。, 30分钟不击穿或3.5U。 5分钟不击穿。

⑦局部放电试验: 1.73U。下放电量不大于10pC,声明试验灵敏度下无放电。

⑧阻燃特性:阻燃电缆、低烟无卤阻燃电缆、耐火电缆其阻燃特性符合GB/T19666-2005的规定。

Using Features

①The maximum long-term operating temperature of conductor is 90C. In shorl-circuit (the lasting time should not more than 4 seconds), the maximum

temperature of conductor is 250C.

②D.C. resistance of the conductor complies with the stipulations of GB/T standard 3956-2008.

③The minimum ambient temperature in laying is 0C. It should be preheated if the ambient temperature in installation is below 0C.

④The permitted bending radius of the unarmored 3 cores cable should no less than 15 times of the overall diameter of the cable, or at least 12 times for those 3 cores cables with armor. The permitted bending radius of the unarmored single core cable should no less than 20 times of the overall diameter of the cable, or at least 15 times for those single cables with armor.

⑤No horizontal drop limit in installation.

⑥Working frequency and voltage test:

for U, is 3.5kV or below, the test voltage is 2.5U,+ 2kV. without damage in 5 minutes,

forU。is 3.6kV-18kV, the test voltage is 3.5U。without damago in 5 minutes,

for U。is 21kV or 26kV, the test voltage is 2.5U。duration of test if 30 minutes or 3.5U。duration of test is 5 minutes. without damage.

⑦Partial discharge test:

The discharge volume of cable should be not more than 10pC under 1.73U。

There shall be no detectable discharge under the declared sensitivity test.

⑧Flame-retardant character:

The Tame-retardant characleristics of lame-retardant, low-smoke and halogen-free, fire-resistant cable comply with GB/T standard 19666-2005.
