本产品按照GB/T 12706.1-2008设计制造。
用途
本产品适用于交流额定电压0.6/1kV的线路中,供输、配电能用途。
阻燃电力电缆适用于要求阻燃的场合。耐火电力电缆适用于高层建筑、大型商场等人口密集地区。
使用特性
①电缆导体长期允许工作温度不超过70℃,短路时(最长持续时间不超过5秒),电缆导体的最高温度不超过160℃。
②敷设电缆时的环境温度应不低于0℃,低于0℃时应先预热。
③多芯铠装电缆的最小弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的12倍,无铠装电缆应不小于电缆外径的15倍。
④导体直流电阻应符合GB/T 3956-2008的规定。
⑤工频耐电压试验: 2.5U。+2kV/5分钟不击穿。
⑥阻燃特性:电缆阻燃、耐火特性符合GB/T 19666-2005规定。
Executive Standard
The products is manufactured based on the GB/T standard 12706. 1-2008.
Application
The products are used to transmit and distribute power on the A.C. power
line, rated voltage 0.6/1kV. The flame retardant power cable is used for the
application that require flame retardant performance. Fire resistance power
cable is used for those applications in populated areas which demand on
fire resisting performance, such as high-rise building or big shopping mall.
Using Features
①The maximum long-term operating temperature of conductor is 70℃.
When short circuit (the lasting time should not more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the conductor is 160℃.
②The minimum ambient temperature in laying is 0℃. It should be preheated if the ambient temperature in laying is below 0℃.
③The permitted bending radius of the armored cable should no less than 12 times of the overall diameter of the cable or at least 15 times for those cable without armor.
④D.C. resistance of conductor should comply with the stipulations of GB/T standard 3956-2008.
⑤Flame retardant or fire resistant characteristics; Flame-retardant and fire resistance cable are manufactured based on the GB/T standard 19666-2005.
电缆敷设
1.敷设时电缆温度不低于0℃,环境温度低于0℃时,应对电缆进行预热。
2.敷设的弯曲半径:
(1)单芯电缆无铠装不小于电缆外径的20倍,有铠装的不小于电缆外径的15倍,
(2)多芯电缆无铠装不小于电缆外径的15倍,有铠装的不小于电缆外径的12倍。
3.电缆敷设后,应经受直流耐压试验,时间15分钟,试验电压4U。。
Installation
1.The minimum ambient temperature in installation is 0C. It should be preheated if the ambient temperature in installation is below 0C.
2.The permitted bending radius in installation:
(1)The minimum bending radius of unarmored single-core cable should not be less than 20 times of cable outer diameter, the minimum bending radius of armored single-core cable should not be less than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
(2)The minimum bending radius of multiple-core unarmored cable should not be less than 15 times of cable outer diameter, the minimum bending radius of armored multiple-core cable should not be less than 12 times of cable outer diameter.
3. After installation, the cable should be tested for 1 5 minutes with stand voltage4U。.
在空气中敷设
1.单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离:185mm2及以下为电缆直径的2倍;
240mm2及以上为90mm。
2.环境温度: 40℃。
3.导电线芯最高允许温度: 70℃。
4.不同环境温度下载流量的校正系数:
Install in Air
1.As the single core cable laying in parallel, the distance between the cables' center is 2 times for cables which the cross sectional area of conductor≤185mm2, and 90mm for cable which the cross sectional area of conductor≥240mm7.
2.Ambient temperature: 40℃.
3.Maximum temperature of conductor: 70℃.
4.Correction factors of current-carrying capacity for ambient temperature:
直埋敷设
1.单芯电缆不接触敷设时,中心距离为电缆直径的2倍。
2.环境温度: 25℃。
3.导电线芯最高允许温度: 70℃。
4.土壤热阻系数: 1.0℃ m/W。
5.直埋深度: 0.7m。

1.When the single core cables are installed separately, the distance between the cable' s center is 2 times of the cable diameter.
